Q: How long does shipping take?

A: The shipping is likely to take 6-12 days.

Q: Do you offer returns?

A: As mentioned in our return policy, your purchase is final. However, if the product is faulty and there is clear proof, we are happy to proceed with a refund or send out a new item after we receive the faulty product.

Q: Do I order my regular size?

A: We would recommend you to stick to your original sizing, furthermore, if the product is not originally sized we would usually give you heads up in the product's description field. So look out for that! 

Q: How do I know which gender is the product made for?

A: Most of our products are unisex, however, if it isn't unisex then we would mention the gender in the product's name.
